I have always had a heart to give myself away to others for the Kingdom of God. I also have a heart to learn about cultures outside my own and be able to change lives through Jesus Christ. Since January of 2008, I have known that God was going to use me in the missions field throughout my life. As a college Freshmen, I originally wanted to wait  until I had a degree before I began international mission trips. However, this past March of 2009, God began pressing me to stop making my own plans and embrace his, which included being apart of mission trips quite a bit sooner than I thought. For several weeks, I prayed about an opportunity to get my feet wet in the missions field and the following month, God provided just that. I am so excited to see God's plans unfold and to watch hod he can use me for his glory.
